Danny Minnie's is a long-established restaurant,
the business dating back several generations. Built by the
O'Donnell family, it began as a sibín alongside
the road, developing to a pub and shop in the early 1900s,
known as Rosie's.
In 1963, Danny and Terri modernised
the building to a pub and lounge, with local musicians and
family performing in sing-songs and sessions.
Re-modernised in 1993 into a restaurant
and pub, Danny Minnie's has continued to thrive, building
up a discerning clientele of gourmet eaters who enjoy the
high-quality cuisine offered by the kitchen.
The restaurant
has been awarded many accolades over the past 20 years and
continues to develop modern, progressive
menus.
